At W.A.N.T.S, every piece is crafted with intention and inspected for quality before shipping. We want you to love your order as much as we loved creating it. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and exchanges.
You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.
To qualify for a return or exchange:
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
Tags and labels must still be attached.
The item must be free of stains, odors, or damage.
Sale items and limited-edition drops are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirmation.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Need a different size or color?
Exchanges are accepted while inventory lasts.
If your item is out of stock, you’ll receive store credit or a refund.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
If you receive the wrong item or a damaged product, contact us within 3 days of delivery at [your support email] with your order number and photos of the issue we’ll make it right immediately.
